Chamber Group of Companies Limited was contracted to design and develop a Warehouse Inspection System (WIS) for Uganda Warehouse Receipt System Authority (UWRSA). The WIS was developed to ease inspection and grading of warehouses and it has a number of features in line with real-time data tracking and reporting capabilities. 

The WIS was fused with a warehouse checklist to use to check if warehouses  comply with the quality standards set by UWRSA. It simplified data entry, automating report generation, and providing real-time data visualization. 

Upon system completion, CGCL conducted an onsite training for staff involved in inspection at UWRSA. The training was hands-on and we ensured that all employees understood the importance of accurate data entry. We also told them about the role of technology in warehouse management and how the inspection app can be used to improve overall operations, including quality control and compliance.
